About

Transformational Conversations is a catalyst for igniting and sustaining positive change. We understand the creative power of language and believe the most powerful way to effect positive change is to literally transform the conversations that people are engaged in on a daily basis. By transforming the conversations that people are engaged in we cause a change in their behavior and in their results. We cause this transformation by using a methodology known as Appreciative Inquiry (AI).

The typical approach to life is linear, we act as if we are at point A and we are trying to get to point B. Inevitably we think there is a straight-line pathway to get us there. A Transformational Conversation reveals the belief system or paradigm or point of view that is influencing our actions. Once this is revealed, alternative pathways come to light.
