May 21, 2010 Lisa Chosen to Deliver ASTD Breakfast Program Lisa Giruzzi has been chosen to provide a breakfast program for the May 21, 2010 meeting of the Hudson-Mohawk chapter of ASTD. The program is entitled Beyond Employee Motivation: Creating High Performance Teams. This program will explore how the traditional approach to employee engagement is insufficient for creating high performing teams. The participants will be introduced to a revolutionary new approach being used world wide in organizations such as Roadway Express, The Untied Nations, Hunter-Douglas, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, and many more.
